Social Network Users - This year, 37% of the US adult Internet population used online social networking at least once a month. That figure will rise to 49% in 2011.

The impact of offline marketing -  According to a Deloitte & Touche study conducted by the Harris Group, 67% of boomers visited sites after seeing ads on TV or in print.  Matures, those between 61 and 75, were just as likely to be driven to the Web by print ads and less likely by TV ads.

Newspaper sites and word of mouth  - Readers of newspaper Web sites are 52% more likely to share their opinions than those who do not visit newspaper sites.

Nearly two-thirds of small businesses surveyed by Western Wats in an AT&T-commissioned study said they advertised in a printed yellow pages directory. More than one-half of responding small businesses said they expected to buy online video ads in the next couple of years.
